ATTENTION! There is a parking space in the underground garage assigned to the property. The cost per night is PLN 50. The apartment has two parking spaces in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the 12th floor.

ATTENTION! A damage deposit of PLN 2000 is required on arrival. Payment is made by credit card. The amount paid should be refunded within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full to your credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Access

Spacious living-dining room with kitchenette:

The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, TV table with TV (cable TV + Netflix). Exit the room to a large terrace.
- Dining area: table with eight chairs
- The kitchenette is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances: fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, electric kettle and tea and coffee making set

Three luxury bedrooms:

The bedrooms are equipped with large double beds, bedside tables and wardrobes.

Three bathrooms in white:

• Two bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins, the third with a bathtub. Clean towels and a hair dryer available.

• There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the hall.

Interaction

Throughout the entire stay of guests, we are available by phone and in the office - ready to help in case of any problems.

Neighborhood

The apartment is in a very good location. Numerous restaurants nearby, including SHOKU, Trattoria Boccone or Blue Corner Tavern. Only 300 meters to the Warsaw Uprising Museum and 3 kilometers to the city center.

Transit

Just 500 meters to the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station and 240 meters to the nearest bus stop.

We have a flexible approach to your needs, enabling various forms of modification of the day in our apartments:

The fee for check-in after 22:00 is PLN 150.
Extending the check-out time to 1 p.m. involves a fee of PLN 50.
Checking out after 1 p.m. incurs a fee for the next full night.
Any changes to the check-in / check-out hours are possible after prior arrangement with our Customer Service Department.
